Cochrane RCMP is searching for a man wanted on assault charges. 

Michael Richard Cole is wanted by the police for two separate domestic assaults.

Cole was convicted of an assault back in 2016 and served time in prison. 

He was released in 2019. 

RCMP Cpl. Deanna Fontaine says, "We do have a warrant for his arrest." The 52-year-old is wanted for uttering death threats and assault related to incidents that took place in Cochrane in January and September of 2021. 

Cole is described as being 5'11" tall and weighs approximately 190 lbs. He has grey hair and blue eyes.
